Making Longview the most beautiful city in Texas is a vision that lives in the hearts of Keep Longview Beautiful members and supporters.  KLB has been a non-profit 501(C)3 organization since 1979, and our mission is to engage the Longview community to take greater responsibility for improving their environment.  We partner with volunteers and public, private and civic organizations to help improve our community.  By focusing on litter abatement, solid waste reduction and beautification we can all make the greater Longview area a cleaner, healthier, safer and more beautiful place in which to live, work and play.
